Please note that Fractal is not a bank and does not provide financial services. All regulated activities are facilitated through our partner institutions. By creating and using an account at Fractal, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our Terms of Service, comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and accept responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, international, and sanctions laws.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between Fractal, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, service providers, and assigns ("we," "us," "our"), and you ("you," "your"). Service Modifications: Fractal reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part or all of the Services offered through the Platform or by our Partners at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. As our Services evolve, these changes may occur to better serve our users. Authorized Access: Only you or an Authorized User may access the Platform and use the Services in your name. Accessing the Platform or using the Services on behalf of unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.

Nature of Services: You acknowledge that the Services and any information provided by Fractal are not intended to serve as financial, investment, or purchasing advice in any form.

No Advisory Role: Fractal does not offer financial, investment, or any other form of advice, nor does it endorse or recommend any specific financial strategies through its Services.

This information will be verified, and additional documentation may be required. Fractal’s partners reserve the right to request further information or documentation at any time. If we cannot verify your identity satisfactorily, we may refuse to open your account, terminate it, or restrict access.
